LAAC Retention and Recruitment Report
The Legal Aid Association of California (LAAC) is pleased to announce the release of the California Recruitment and Retention Report. Below you will find the final version of "Shaping the Future of Justice: Effective Recruitment and Retention of Civil Legal Aid Attorneys in California." The study provides a comprehensive look at many of the factors leading to the "recruitment and retention crisis" of legal services attorneys in California and provides a list of recommendations for addressing these issues.

This webinar is a chance for the California legal services community to discuss some of the findings of the report. Julia Wilson, Executive Director, and Salena Copeland, Program Attorney, will present the data on the attorneys who left during the course of the study and those who said they would leave within 1-3 years after the study was completed.
