LAAC Retention and Recruitment Report

The Legal Aid Association of California (LAAC) is pleased to announce the release of the California Recruitment and Retention Report. Below you will find the final version of "Shaping the Future of Justice: Effective Recruitment and Retention of Civil Legal Aid Attorneys in California." The study provides a comprehensive look at many of the factors leading to the "recruitment and retention crisis" of legal services attorneys in California and provides a list of recommendations for addressing these issues.

Register here:
https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/648254560

This webinar is a chance for the California legal services community to discuss some of the findings of the report. Friday, August 20, 12:00-1:00
Shaping the Future of Justice: "Why Attorneys Leave and Recommendations to Keep Them"
Register here: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/933983960
