Bet Tzedek's former law clerk Willow McJilton, now with Weinstock, Reisman, Shore & Neumann, will be giving this MCLE, which will focus on the ins and outs of trusts, special needs trusts and small estate affidavit sections of the probate code, Sections 13100 v. 13200.

Bet Tzedek provides a series of in-house MCLEs (normally the first Friday of every month). The MCLEs focus on substantive areas of law and skills that are important for all legal services advocates - please feel free to circulate to your staff.
