June 12: Promises and Pitfalls of Loan Modification
This session will consider loss mitigation options available to homeowners facing foreclosure. We will briefly cover the political and market pressures driving recent loss mitigation efforts and focus on how to achieve the best results for your clients and some traps for the wary.
Each training is a one-hour, live, interactive program on issues of affecting seniors that participants listen to over their phone (calling into a conference line) and view on their computer screen (using WebEx).
Trainings are scheduled Thursdays from 12 to 1 PM (unless otherwise noted).
They are all approved for MCLE purposes.
