Legal Aid Society of Orange County proudly invites you to join our 50th Anniversary Celebration. Keynote Speaker: Helaine Barnett President, Legal Services Corporation Access to Justice Awardees: William Wenke, Minyard Morris Patricia Herzog, First LASOC Attorney Joe Dunn, California Medical Association CEO and Former State Senator Throughout the past 50 years, Legal Aid Society of Orange County (LASOC) has been at the forefront of meeting the legal needs of low income individuals and seniors in Orange County. Since 1984, LASOC has been the frontline legal services program in Southeast Los Angeles County, providing legal assistance as Community Legal Services (CLS). On the evening of November 6, 2008 LASOC will host its 50th Anniversary Celebration at The Grove in Anaheim. At this event, the legal community, the public sector, local businesses, community-based organizations and other supporters of LASOC will look back on half a century of providing free, civil legal services to our community.
