Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County celebrates the 10th Anniversary of its Health Consumer Center by highlighting the most exciting health innovation projects in the US - Medical Legal Community Partnerships. The Health Consumer Center of Los Angeles is a project of NLS-LA and a founding and largest program of the statewide Health Consumer Alliance, a signature program of The California Endowment. HCC is health care rights advocacy and assistance program providing individuals consumer assistance, outreach, education, training and policy advocacy.
