Impact litigation is labor and resource intensive. There are many advantages to co-counseling with other firms or organizations but a successful team requires good planning and communication. This course will address a range of topics in connection with co-counseling: finding the right partners,
negotiating co-counsel agreements, bridging cultural and work style differences, communicating and managing effectively.
