We will discuss the basics of naturalization: the legal requirements for naturalization, such as residence and physical presence; good moral character; the English and U.S. history and civics exams; the oath ceremony; the naturalization process; and voting issues. We will also cover some of the more complex aspects of naturalization and citizenship, including advanced good moral character issues; a thorough review of citizenship for children issues; and a review of voting for naturalized citizens.
