Please join the Public Interest Clearinghouse (PIC) and Management Information Exchange (MIE) for a Legal Supervision training March 10-12, 2010. PIC is collaborating with MIE to bring this highly-rated supervision training to legal services staff in Southern California. This Supervision Training, coordinated by Management Information Exchange with sponsorship and support from PIC, is for persons who are immediate supervisors of legal work, including managing and supervising attorneys, litigation directors, and executive directors.

The training design emphasizes small group discussions, role play exercises, and demonstrations. There will be sessions on leadership in legal aid, legal work management systems, cultural competence and supervision, creating expectations and opportunities for supervision, and much more. These high-quality trainings are put on by expert trainers, and this training usually sells out!
