Foreclosure Defense Litigation in the Central Valley- What kinds of cases are we seeing?

At this training, attorneys will learn about defending against foreclosure rescue scams. Attorneys will also hear from Ofra Pleban, Consumer Attorney, Central California Legal Services, Inc. about how the foreclosure crisis has impacted areas of California's Central Valley, and how attorneys can assist the efforts of Central California Legal Services, Inc. in addressing this crisis. This training is free and open to members of the bar. MCLE credit will be provided by PLI and CCLS.

3 hours 20 min CLE Credits provided by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) (one hour of which is applicable to Ethics credit), with an additional 1 hour of general CLE credit being provided by Central California Legal Services, Inc. (CCLS).
