Attached is a flyer for two training programs that the Impact Fund will be offering in connection with our annual Employment Discrimination Class Action Conference. The programs (Rule 23 Basics in Employment Class Actions and Disparate Impact Class Actions) will be held on Thursday, February 25 starting at 1:00 pm at the Downtown Oakland Marriott. Cost for non-profit attorneys is $15. (2.75 hours MCLE Credit).
