Together with the Orange County Bar Association, the Public Law Center will host a Guardianship training. Topics covered will include basic guardianship law, how to approach when petitioning for uncontested guardianship, timeline of a guardianship case, review of judicial council forms and pleadings and the view from the bench and effective ways to manage a case. This training will be held on Wednesday July 21, 2010, at the OCBA MacArthur Court Conference Center, 4685 MacArthur Court, Suite 380, in Newport Beach.

This course is approved for 3.0 CLE units.
