Objectives:

During this webinar, participants will:

• Describe various collaborative court case types
o Family Preservation Court
o Collaborative Divorce Court
o Housing Court
• Identify which problem-solving principles and practices are most transferable

Course Description:

Building on Part I, "An Overview of Collaborative Courts and the Application of Collaborative Court Principles", Part II will review the various collaborative court case types, discuss which collaborative justice principles are most transferable, and describe how these principles might be applied to civil cases.
