This training will cover issues faced by legal services programs when assisting clients in conservatorship matters. The first half will address assistance to conservators, from completing paperwork to handling barriers such as accountings and incensed family members. The second half will address the challenges of representing conservatees, from implicated ethical issues to vigorous defense strategies.
