Introduces the legal aid community's unique history and mission as well as the 'nuts and bolts' of a lawyer's trade - from client interviewing, case analysis and counseling to motion practice, negotiations and broad-based advocacy. New advocates are also given the tools they need to develop realistic professional development goals. This is an essential training for every new lawyer. Learn more and register for this course.

Program fee: $1,000.
Early bird fee before 1/6/12: $695 for Clearinghouse Review subscribers; $795 for non-subscribers.
