The Legal Aid Association of California (LAAC), a nonprofit agency, is the membership organization for the legal services programs in California.LAAC created CALegalAdvocates.org, in collaboration with the Public Interest Clearinghouse,as a resource for the legal services and pro bono communities and as a way to build community among advocates throughout the state.
