The State Bar's Task Force on Lawyer Support for Legal Services has drafted a set of recommendations to propose to the Board of Governors for implementation of AB 2301 (Judiciary)(2006).

Included in this folder are LAAC's comments in support of the Task Force's recommendations and a template legal services programs can use to similarly express their support.
