This training will provide an overview of significant federal and California disability rights laws, designed to assist attorneys and advocates in issue-spotting for disability rights issues among senior clients. It will include an introduction to the definition of "disability" for purposes of disability nondiscrimination laws, as well as basic information about substantive requirements of disability rights laws.
