The training will include the rights and responsibilities of California mobile home residents, including protections against rent increases, park rule changes and evictions. Advocates will get an overview of how to protect their clients victimized by mobile home park conversions and redevelopment. We will cover how to deal with residents that are displaced and how to enforce the relocation rights of our clients.
