Presenter: Julie Aguilar Rogado, Legal Services of Northern California

This webinar provides a brief overview of the most common employment law issues for low income workers, including basic information on the following substantive areas of law: wage/hour, discrimination/harassment, unemployment insurance and worker's compensation. This session is intended as an introduction to common employment disputes encountered by low wage workers that will help advocates to spot issues and appropriately counsel clients.
