Each of the Tools below has two parts: Open the PDF file to view the entire toolkit, including summary and guidelines, sample output data, and evaluation instruments such as sample surveys and data collection forms. Many of these instruments can be accessed in editable Word or Word Perfect formats by opening the "Editable Instruments Chart" or "Editable Instruments Zipped" files, located under each Tool.
