The Joint Task for on the Civil Legal Representation Pilot Projects created this proposed description of the Pilot Projects, based on the $5 million in funding for these pilots in the Governor's proposed and May revised budget.
This description is the result of the hard work of the Task Force members, as well as considerable input and feedback by legal services programs at the April 25th Statewide Stakeholders Meeting.
The Joint Task Force is staffed by the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), the California Commission on Access to Justice, and the Legal Aid Association of California (LAAC).
