Support Letters for SB 1407 (Perata)(courthouse construction)
DEADLINE: Friday, September 12th
Dear IOLTA-funded Programs/LAAC Members:
SB 1407 has been passed by the legislature. Under this bill, up to $5 billion in lease revenue bonds would be issued to finance approximately 40 court facilities projects.
LAAC strongly supports this bill, and we urge IOLTA-funded programs to submit letters of support!
Deadline for letters is this Friday, September 12th. (We apologize for the short notice!).
