Here is the amicus brief filed by the State Bar of California (as requested by the California Supreme Court) in the Frye v. Tenderloin Housing Clinic case. This brief was filed with the Supreme Court on June 9, 2005, and LAAC's amicus brief is due 20 days later.

Please note that on June 14, 2005, the State Bar submitted an errata to the Supreme Court that corrected technical, non-substantive errors in this version of the brief. That errata contained corrected: (1) cover sheet; (2) table of contents; (3) table of authorities; and (4) word count certification.
