FAST is a collaboration of four non-profit community agencies, including East Bay Community Law Center, that provide holistic, case-managed services to sanctioned CalWORKS families. This report describes the results of work with 82 clients for a one-year period and presents specific recommendations for improving the program and process. The last two pages contain a review of the evaluation by a professional evaluator.
