AB 2301 (Judiciary), which would authorize the State Bar of California to implement a system to help attorneys make private, charitable donations to support legal services, was enrolled and arrived at the Governor's desk at 10:15 AM, Wednesday August 15th. The Governor has 12 days to sign the bill, so any legal services programs that want to submit letters supporting the bill should do so by the end of this week (Friday, August 18th).
