The newly renovated building is located at 39 Drumm Street (at the Embarcadero BART station). It has 1,926 square feet available to rent for a short-term lease of up to three (3) years. Five mid-size to large private offices with windows and light and two open workstation spaces are available. The space is located on the top floor of the building. It could be for one tenant or broken up for multiple tenants but must be non-profit organizations.
