The Daily Journal iscurrently seeking nominations for the 11th annual CLAY (California Lawyer Attorney of the Year) Awards.

Our criteria are that the nominees must be California attorneys whose achievements during 2006 have had a significant impact on:

• the law
• the profession
• a particular industry, or
• the general good of the public

The nomination form also includes a link to last year's winners.

Note:Please provide specific details about the attorney's achievement and explain the significant impact the work made in 2006.

The deadline for nominations is DECEMBER 1, 2006. However, we stongly encourage you to send in your nominations earlier. You may submit more than one nomination.
