The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) invites review and comment on proposed legislation concerning court fee waivers. The proposal would clarify eligibility, application procedure and processing, determination, reconsideration, and recovery of court fees and costs initially waived by the court. The deadline for comment is December 1, 2006.
