NITA offers discounted CLE programs to all trial lawyers

Did you know the National Institute for Trial Advocacy <http://www.nita.org/> serves attorneys from all disciplines, and specializes in training those working in public service? NITA offers Child Advocacy CLE training programs throughout the year, sometimes at little or no cost to attorneys working to represent children in the courtroom.

The Child Advocacy Program:

Using NITA's dynamic learning-by-doing method, these programs utilize a variety of specially designed course materials that focus on advocacy in cases involving children. Case files may focus on dependency, neglect issues, delinquency matters, or child custody. By looking at these files through all perspectives, participants learn to assemble solutions that look to the best interests of the child and focus on representing the whole child. A diverse mix of instructors-from nationally recognized experts in children's issues to psychologists, social workers, and mediators-combine to create an environment where participants are challenged to do their very best.
