SB 535 has passed out of the Senate Appropriations Committee and now faces a vote by the full Senate, where every vote will be important.

SB 535 sets the deadline for the Department of Health Services to establish a web site for consumers with current information about long term care facilities as March 1, 2008, and it specifies the comprehensive information that should be made available.
