MIE posts first results of executive director salary survey on its website.
This survey was conducted during the early spring of 2007. 162 executive directors participated in the survey. Salaries are displayed in charts nationally and by region - northeast, mid-Atlantic, mid-west, south, southwest, west and Puerto Rico, Guam and Micronesia. Within each region, salaries are displayed by size of program budget, size of largest city, by years of experience as executive director, and by years of experience in legal services.
