Fantastic news! The Governor has just signed the IOLTA Comparability Bill!
AB 1723 (Judiciary) will require banks to offer the same interest rates on IOLTA accounts that are offered on comparable non-IOLTA accounts. This will tremendously increase the funding for legal services!
