NEW Listserv for CA Community Economic Development Attorneys

The Insight Center for Community Economic Development recently launched a new listserv for Community Economic Development (CED) attorneys in California.

The listserv provides a forum for CED attorneys to share resources, discuss projects, and learn about important changes in the laws and regulations affecting nonprofit organizations engaged in CED.

The Insight Center for Community Economic Development is a 39-year old national research, consulting, and legal organization dedicated to building economic health in vulnerable communities. Started as a legal clinic of the UC Berkeley School of Law, the Insight Center believes that improving access to quality legal services is a key strategy in building sustainable economies through CED. To that end, we provide direct legal assistance and resources to tax-exempt organizations engaged in CED. We also disseminate written materials on legal issues in CED, provide CED training, and facilitate information exchange among CED legal practitioners.
