A new CBP document summarizes the Governor's proposals for closing the budget gap that has emerged since the February budget agreement. The Governor's proposals include $24.0 billion in "solutions" to close an estimated $21.3 billion budget gap and to end 2009-10 with a substantial ($4.5 billion) budget reserve.
