Kathy Greenlee was unanimously confirmed on Thursday June 25, 2009 by the United States Senate as Assistant Secretary for Aging and will lead the Administration on Aging a part of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Greenlee has an extensive background in law and aging, health insurance for seniors, Medicaid and long term care having served as general counsel in the Kansas Insurance Department and as Secretary of Aging in Kansas.
