Obama Administration Releases Statement on LSC Funding Restrictions

Yesterday the Obama Administration released a "Statement of Administrative Policy" on the Senate's CJS bill, commending the Appropriation Committee's modification of the non-LSC funds restriction while urging the additional repeal of the class action and attorneys' fee restrictions. The Administration also recommends further increasing funding for LSC.
