AARP Forum on Financial Fraud Against Seniors: Webcast and Transcript Now Available

On Oct. 22, AARP Public Policy Institute and the National Consumers League held a forum called "Protecting Your Home, Car and Retirement Savings: How Consumers and Policy Makers Can Stop Financial Fraud." Among other experts, SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro spoke on various types of fraud against older Americans, and announced new SEC initiatives against fraud and investigation into the suitability of investment products for seniors.
