Governor Schwarzenegger signs AB 1775, the Fred Korematsu Day of Civil Liberties and the Constitution bill into law

The first Fred Korematsu Day will be celebrated on January 30, 2011. The Korematsu Institute intends to implement curriculum in K-12 schools that week that focus on learning about civil liberties and the constitution.
