State Bar Files Its Amicus Brief in Frye

The State Bar of California filed its amicus brief in the matter of Frye v. Tenderloin Housing Clinic on June 9, 2005.

Please note that on June 14, 2005, the State Bar of California submitted an errata to the Supreme Court to correct technical, non-substantive errors in the Amicus Brief originally filed. (This errata fixed, for example, some page number errors).
