month. The office building is one block south of the Ferry Building with a

view of the Bay Bridge -- near Farmers' Market, Embarcadero YMCA, great restaurants, and scenic open space. Some offices have brick walls, windows and adjoining secretarial space. Tenants will have access to conference room, kitchen, law library, reception, high-speed connection, copier, and fax machines.
