The Nonprofit Integrity Act requires California nonprofit corporations to register with the Attorney General within 30 days after initially receiving assets. (Many organizations are unaware of this requirement and there is currently no penalty for filing late).

PLEASE NOTE: The Ct-1 Form is no longer being used as of July 1, 2005.
