"Language Barriers to Justice in California", the most recent report of the California Commission on Access to Justice, is now available at the State Bar's website:

The report was released last Wednesday, and it has already received media attention from San Jose Mercury News, Sacramento Bee, Channel 5 News, The Daily Journal, and Jurist Legal News and Research.
