Dear friends/colleagues - We are subletting office space in our downtown Oakland office. Please share this with anyone who might be interested.

There are 2 offices available to share with the National Immigration Law Center and the California Immigrant Welfare Collaborative in a quiet suite located at 405 14th Street in Downtown Oakland. The suite has a common area in the front, which could accommodate a receptionist, clerk or volunteer, as well as an excellent copy/fax machine, refrigerator and microwave that can be shared. The space is available to other non-profit organizations at a rate of $1.60 per rentable square foot plus a portion of the shared common areas. The monthly rent for the largest office is $658.82. This office can easily accommodate two work stations. The corner office is $535.08 a month. A large second floor conference room is available to tenants of the building when available.
